Etherpad is a simple, open-source, collaborative text editor that runs on the browser. You can use it to quickly set-up a collaborative note-taking or brainstorming document with many participants. No account or log-ins are required, and you can export the pads in any format you want. If you want to go the extra mile and nerd-out about it, feel free to visit their website and explore the many options for hosting, publishing and add-ons to the program.
